    So I lost a bunch of weight and now I can't stop losing weight

    Tl;;dr I was around 250ish before and now I'm around 130 I'm 5'10-5'11 how can I stop losing weight? I was dieting (eating far less then I was) and now that I'm at around a weight where I want to build muscle onto I cannot gain weight and have been losing still (I've started to eat more again, incrementally I went back up to what I use to eat roughly but in much healthier ways) EDIT I'm not 49 I'm 19 almost 20

    I'm around the same height and weight, but not as dramatic of a loss. I'm kind of used to the low calorie intake and I'm sure my stomach has shrank, so it's hard for me to eat and try to eat when I don't feel hungry (being used to low calories and all). I'm going to try to force myself to eat more throughout the day and hit a certain calorie mark. Do you know your current intake?

    No but I will keep track of it and let you know, I don't eat much different each day

    I am the same height and weight, but I haven't lost as much weight. Due to my low calorie diet and shrunken stomach (from eating so few calories), I find that eating when I'm not hungry is hard.
