    Everything is going according to plan. On Wednesdey I had a family reunion so I ate a bit more, but you have to live a normal life sometimes. Very happy with myself, I hope till the end of month I'll be under 110 kg for the first time in the last 4-5 years. If I stay under control this weekend

    Another great week! Easily could have been 185 if I didn't screw up over the weekend but still lost some fat! Keep working hard and stay strict over the weekend, alcohol and a cheat meal is simply not worth it! Would be happy at 184 by next Friday, but going on vacation to California Thursday so we'll see how I do.

    So far I've been getting by with a single 24-hour fast per week (eat dinner one day, then nothing until dinner the next day). It's been surprisingly sustainable. So far no loss of strength or energy.

    Hi everyone! I'm new here and I hope it's ok that I this join now. I started a diet in the end of June. I also just joined the gym for the first time in a really long time. The previous times I've joined the gym, it's always been for someone else. My ex was extremely into body building and would drag me along to the gym, but not really include me in anything interesting. I'd be put away in the bicycle room for the entire workout without having any plans for myself, and I absolutely hated it. I also didn't drive back then, and we had to drive to the gym, so I was relying on his schedule. Now I live somewhere completely different and I'm a little bit older. There's a 24-hour gym literally 2 mins from my doorstep. So I joined, and I actually loved it! I'm following a weight loss plan they have made, and it is going so well. I'm also keeping a healthy diet. Eating vegetables, yoghurt, fish, chicken, nuts, eggs, grains etc, and counting calories. Also almost quit drinking alcohol, which used to be my main problem when it came to weight gain.

    Start weight: 73 kg

    week 1-7/12: 70 kg
    week 2-7/19: 69.6 kg
    week 3-7/26: 69.1 kg

    Little bit of progress, realized I'm having some issues with my scale, may be purchasing a new one. Overall was a good week with sessions and nutrition. Didn't really hit any cheat meals but splurged twice on a little ice cream, otherwise all has been good!

    Hi All,

    I will join however my scale only records up to 350 and I am around 380~...

    I will however do the spreadsheet for this, the only thing I ask for is to people to post their weight here in lbs so I don't have to convert it . I still have some functions that need to be corrected, the old sheet that I copied was messed up. I have fixed some issues, cleaned it up a bit and I should have it all set soon.

    Logging a day early because I leave for a festival in California tonight. Expect to be back at around 187 on Monday but will hope to stay around 185-186. The real key to losing weight is abstaining from alcohol, I haven't drank since 7/4/2019 and the pounds have been torched off. Keep sticking to whole foods and you will continue to lose weight too! Have been on a strict diet of protein shakes/fruit for breakfast, chicken w sweet potatoes/broccoli for lunch, and white fish with asparagus/brussel sprouts/broccoli and sweet potato for dinner. Very confident I can hit my goal of 175 by August 30th depending on how much weight I put back on this weekend. Have a good weekend and continue to follow your diet/deficit.

    I went camping last weekend, and this weekend I'm going on festival. This is the first time in the last 4.5 months that I am skipping workout. I'll try to stay away from junk food and alcohol, so I don't ruing everything good I've done for the last couple of months.

    Down 2 lbs this week. I took a week of eating at maintenance before I started cutting, just to get my body used to the change. I would recommend anyone do that as easing into a cut is easier than suddenly starting one. I am not waking up and eating anymore and I am tracking my calories pretty closely.

    I usually lose weight after drinking (if I don't eat a ton while drunk lol). Alcohol is a toxin and your body will flush the system and dehydrate you after drinking, making lose some weight.

    Well, I ended up skipping weigh in last week. Between very little sleep, spending hours at emergency vet, waiting to hear back post surgery then having wine/icecream/randomfood just wasn't going to worry about my weight at the time. My little 1 year old kitty ate thread and needed surgery. She is doing better, healing though has to wear the plastic cone. Staple removal Wednesday and I am looking forward to when she's healed enough to be her more playful self. I've managed to go to the gym 4-5 days a week and upped the cardio so once water fluctuations tame hope to see a bit of a whoosh.

    After coming back from my vacation i was expecting to gain or at least mantain the same weght since i was eating out everyday and i did not hit the gym. To my suprise i have lost some and even gained some strenght in the gym. I think i have become more consious of what i consumed during this process.
