    I was on the june/july fat loss thread. I barely reched my goal 210, (95 kg) instead i was 211,6 (96 kg). I will join this one to lose some more my weight loss goal is 200 lbs (90 kg) this time and my starting weight is 211. lets go!

    Let myself go in the last 8 months, so starting at 239.2

    Target of 215 at the end of this round.

    Was at 196 *sigh* but got back with the ex partner and cooking for 3 people made it very hard to manage keeping all the hard work off.. no longer in that position of distraction - so 215 is the target for end of august, im working hard for it again

    I’m in, Starting at 242.9 I just got back from a ‘lads holiday ‘ so expecting to be disappointed on Friday for the first weigh in and am away with family end of July for 2 weeks but will be doing my best for the rest of the time.

    Week one weigh in is up from my post from 4 days ago but im actually not worried and happy with the weigh in most my week was good but yesterday i ate more than double the amount of carbs i normally take in and ate about 500 more calories than i normally do to boot but also got in an extra 2 mile walk i was expecting a jump of maybe 3 or 4 pounds in water weight so this is actually a pleasant surprise on the scale this morning.

    I weighed in the first time in the evening (to sign up) and today I weighed myself in the morning (like usual) at 232.1. I just made some meal plan changes, lowered calories (because of a plateau) and bumped up my cardio to basically daily. I assume most of this weight was water weight/fluctuation due to different time of weigh in, because I am 100% not in a big enough deficit to lose 4.9lbs in one week. I expect this to level out by next week to 1.5 to 2lbs but we will see, if it is still low I will have to bump up my calories.

    Feeling good to finally have progress going in the right direction tho for sure.

    My diet wasn't very good this week, so I gained 0.5 kg. Interesting how easy is to gain weight. Plan to be more careful from now on.

    Happy with that, thats 4.5lbs down... somehow.

    i technically started at 112kg (246.9 lbs) on the 1st of july, im not worried about it still rapidly dropping right now as its early days,and my calories are consistant and all tracked - eating 1950 cals a day (sometimes slightly under) and im sure it will level out to a kg a week soon.

    252 to weighing in at 250.0 this week. It wasn't standardized, but a difference is noticeable. Not extravagant in looks yet, but I can feel stress coming off my body while I'm moving away from this weight. Going to hammer down and be a monk this weekend to push even lower.

    I'm aware slow and steady is the best option to retain physique, but I don't mind speeding it to 240lbs just to feel better, especially so I can start running hard again. I can push myself to run hard now, but I can tell it's harder on my body in general compared to my weight under 240.
