    Glutamine.

Glutamine seems to be a staple supplement for the "natural" bodybuilder. Some say it's a waste of money some say it's good. What's the your opinion?

Most people who says it's a staple for them are trying to market it, at high doses it could be good for intestinal health but that's about it.

    /thread

Meet macros daily, get plenty of amino acids including glutamine.

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid, not to mention the body makes what it needs in vivo. There's almost no reason to supplement this specific amino acid.
