I have had a 3mm disc bulge at l5/s1 for over 1.5 years now with no improvement at all. Has anyone here gotten surgery and been able to return back to powerlifting?

I have the book back mechanic and have done the big 3 and other things with 0 improvement maybe even some regression. Conservative treatment is no longer an option for me. What is a sit line?

Shafiq... it’s Leland lol. My buddy Dillan just had surgery for that. I also have the same injury. HMU I can tell you more.
