    is my Daily Goal alright? Know nothing about nutrition.

    Male, 14, 5'2 or 5'3, around 110 pounds I think.

    At age 14 you should not have daily goals unless advised to do so by your pediatrician. Just eat a generally healthy diet with a decent amount of protein and train hard on a good program. Let your hunger guide how much you eat. When you are sufficiently through puberty you will start building a good amount of muscle.
