    Blokk Logging BPI One More Rep Complete

    Although I wasn't asked to log anything, since I'm not logging anything right now, decided to give it a go Big thanks to fugi for hooking me up.





    Flavor - 5/5 (Fruit Punch) At first, I was a bit disappointed to have received this flavor (wanted to try that cotton candy ), because I usually hate fruit punch flavors. All of them have a very strong chemichal flavor. This one was very good though. It tasted more like a mix of different fruit tones, then a strong chemichal flavor. A bit sour and overall, it's definitely the best fruit punch flavor, I've tried.


    Mixability - good No residues, no clumps. Mixed perfectly


    Energy & Focus - 3/5 Energy kicked in pretty quickly. In about 15 minutes I could feel the energy, but the energy itself wasn't strong enough. It lasted throughout my workout, but wasn't so strong, in comparison to previous versions. Focus and energy were on the same level


    Pumps - 4/5 Pumps were very good. I didn't stack it with anything and don't think if it's needed. Will try stacking it with some glycerol.

    I like the fact, that 1mr doesn't use artificial dyes. Flavor in 8oz was a bit too concentrated (sour), but at 12-14 oz it's perfect.

    Today did arms without anything else and workout was great. Pumps were very good, and energy & focus were improved moderately. Defin itely not a high stim pre, but I don't feel the sedating effect of theanine as well. I think it's <200mg.

    Energy kicked in 20 mins, It slowly increased and lasted throughout my workout. Focus and energy were one the same level, Still 3/5.

    Concentration curls
    DB curls
    Hammer curls
    Reverse curls



    Rope push-down
    Dips
    Single Arm DB Extensions
    Straight-bar pushdown
    DB kickback
    I lift things up and put them down...

    Still have some p=hd and n-hd left, but won't stack them with 1mr. too much citrulline
    On arms day, complete is perfect. The main thing I need is the pump and a little kick in energy. On chest/back day, mostly need energy with less pumps.

    Yesterday, on my arms day, stacked a scoop of complete with a scoop of evl pump mode. Fruit punch flavor of bpi mixed very well with pineapple flavor of pump mode.
    Energy kicked in in 20min, but again it wasn't something overstimulating, just a moderate improvement both in energy and focus. But pumps were very good. extra 1.5g of glycerol and 1g of betaine nitrate slightly improved pumps and for pumps, this stack is 5/5.

    On chest day, i didn't add anything, but pumps were still solid. Energy lasted throughout the workout, but on this type of exercise I would prefer something with stronger energy. Probably will use complete only for arms day and shoulders, but for chest/back something else, with less pump ingredient, but more energy.

    Had 3 great workouts with BPI 1mr comlete. On my arms day, stacked 1 scoop of evl pump mode with a heaping scoop of complete. Energy was solid. In about 15min, I was feeling warmed up and focused and pumps were very good with such stack. Still, energy could have been stronger.
    On my chest day, used 1 scoop of complete, without anything else.

    DB Press
    Incline DB Press
    Lower Cable Flyes
    Machine Bench Press

    Wide grip pullups
    Wide grip front pulldown
    Machine rows
    Standing lat pushdown

    This is my typical chest/back routine. Strength was good. But not enough to hit a PR or like that. It's a great pre for a normal workout.
    And finally, on shoulders day, used 1 scoop of complete with a scoop of nitro-hd and pumps were just outstanding. Will try pump mode, nitro hd and complete together on my next arms workout.

    My shakers are not transparent, so I couldn't even see the colors for most of my pres.
    But having zero artificial colors is great. Have never been a fan of artificial coloring.

    Starting to see more companies going with leaving out the artificial colors and using
    maybe natural things for coloring. I personally don't have an issue with the coloring but
    I guess others do so companies are listening and their starting to leave it out.

    Had 2 workouts with one more rep again. Haven't used it for a while and missed it very much.

    On my shoulders day, used only 1 scoop and that was enough for a solid workout. Energy was very good. Cycling between different pres, helps with reducing tolerance to one pre.
    Energy was good, but pumps were very, very good. Could hardly move my shoulders.

    BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE
    DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE
    ARNOLD PRESS

    On my arms day, used 1 scoop of 1mr with a scoop of pump mode. Could feel energy slowly kickingin in 15 minutes. It lasted for about an hour and even helped me finish my workout fiwth 30 min cardio. Started using low weights (i.e. 20lbs db curls) and pumps were much better, then with higher weights.

    That's the way to do it always have a couple to rotate around so no tolerance build up should occur.

    Had 2 more great workouts with 1mr. The day before yesterday, hit chest/back and used 1 scoop of complete with bronkaid :O
    Haven't had E for quite a long time and it hit me very hard. Workout was great. Did bench press with 220lbs for 10 reps (honestly not in my best shape due to my terrible work/study regime) which I usually did for 6-7 reps max. (310 for 2 reps was my all time max 2 years ago)

    Today I hit arms and stacked 1mr with evl pump mode blue razz in one shaker and these two flavors mixed very well. It was more of a blue razz flavor with added sourness and fruit punch tones of 1mr.


    EZ curls - 90lbs x 15 for 8 sets. went down to 70 lbs for last 2 sets
    Concentration curls - 35 lbs x 10
    DB curls - 35 lbs x 10
    Hammer curls - kipped this one
    Reverse curls - 60 lbs x 15-20



    Rope push-down - 110 lbs x 10
    Dips - 5 sets slow reps
    Single Arm DB Extensions - didn't do this
    Straight-bar pushdown - 120 lbs x 10
    DB kickback - 20 lbs x 10

    Workout was really good. I used mostly lower weights with slow isolated movements. Pumps were perfect. Energy was also solid, but it did't hit me hard. Hit slowly and lasted throughout my workout. Even had some energy left to do 40 min cardio and after that I was done.

    2 more workouts with 1mr. On my arms day, stacked 1 heaping scoop with pump mode and bronkaid. I was sweating just by getting out of the car. Energy and focus with such stack was 5/5
    Still went with lower weights and pumps were very good.
    On my shoulders day, used 1 scoop of complete with 1 scoop of nitro-hd. Pumps were a bit better

    DUMBBELL LATERAL RAISE - 30lbs x 10
    BARBELL SHRUG - 160 lbs x 10
    BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE - 20 lbs x 10
    DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE - 30 lbs x 10 slow reps
    ARNOLD DB PRESS - 50 lbs x 10

    Did 5 sets for all of them with 8-10 reps. Energy was 3.5/5, but pumps were very, very good.
    After shoulders did 20 min cardio.

    Tried best bcaa fizzy root beer sample today. It was very sweet and had strong soda taste to it. But in comparison to cream soda flavor, I didn't feel much fizziness. Some moisture probably got inside the sample so half of the powder was crystalized so probably that intefered with the flavor/fizziness. Overall cream soda was very good (5/5), but this one was 3/5. Mixed just perfectly. It was just transparent drink.

    I think fugi was right about consistency with this pre. I haven't had any other pre for quite a while and lately have felt more energy from 1mr. Yesterday I had one of the best arms days. In 15 minutes I was feeling the tingles and warmth, quickly finished my tests and hit the gym. Workout was really awesome. I was surprised by the energy it gave. I trained for 1.5h and after that did 40 min cardio! Same today. Don't know why, but for the last 3 workouts, I've felt more energy, then on the first few days of using it. Might be placebo or just good mood, but my workouts are definitely better. The only thing I would like to see added it some l-carnitine. It's bad, that the energy blend is proprietary, I would like to know the total amount of caffeine. To me it feels somewhere 300-350. Anyway, pumps have always been consistent with complete, but I've felt energy kick for the last few workouts more. Probably 3-4 servings still left in the tub.

    Finally my tub is empty. So far, I've enjoyed every my workout with 1mr complete and these ar emy final thoughts

    Flavor - 5/5 (Fruit Punch)It's still my favorite fruit punch flavor. Not only it tastes great, but also makes other supps which I mixed in it taste much better (evl pump mode blue razz)


    Mixability - Perfect


    Energy & Focus - 4/5 First few servings surprisingly didn't hit me hard, but latest workouts were perfect in energy department. I felt a solid kick in energy in 15min and it lasted for 1.5h.


    Pumps - 4/5 Pumps are pretty good. The only thing I would add, would be glycerol. It stacks perfectly with glycerol, but pumps by itself are decent.
