Injury around nipple chest

I’ve had an injury for months thag hasn’t gotten better or worse. Got scans done, and went to multiple doctors. My nipple like hurts if I press on it, but it almost feels like it’s soemthing happening deeper in my chest. Then the nipple doesn’t like bother me for the next 10 seconds then it will hurt if I touch it again. The pain isn’t terrible. I thought maybe gyno, but there is no mass. I could get blood work, but it varies by person, so I doubt it would show anything. I also haven’t been having an estrogen related side effects, and I’m pretty sure with no mass at the early stages it would’ve evened back out by now. I’m also 22 if that helps. Anyways maybe someone has had something similar happen to them. I have one doctor determined it’s a nerve issue, but everything prescribed hasn’t worked.
