Hey guys, im 29 years old and 1.70cm and ive been hovering around 95kg for a few good years.
I was 96kg when i decided im going to loose weight and i just stopped eating junk food and reducing deserts, but without proper logging and died this was quite slow.
Later Edit. Just want to mention that i never kept a died or went to the gym before!!
17 June 2019 - 92.7kg
This is when i started to take this serious and i decided i'm going to do a 1500kcal diet. Absolutely everything that goes in my mouth gets recorded in MyFitnessPal, no cheat days and no cheat recordings.
17 June 2019 - 92.7 kg
18 June 2019 - 92.3 kg
19 June 2019 - 92.0 kg
20 June 2019 - 91.6 kg
21 June 2019 - 91.3 kg
22 June 2019 - 91.4 kg
23 June 2019 - 91.1 kg
24 June 2019 - 90.5 kg - First week with 1500kcal, lost 2.2kg this week, quite happy
- This is when i started going to the Gym, no cardio, weight lifting, 3 x times a week.
25 June 2019 - 90.3 kg
26 June 2019 - 90.1 - Second Gym day, still 1500kcal/day
27 June 2019 - 90.4 kg
28 June 2019 - 90.1 - Third Gym day, still 1500kcal/day
29 June 2019 - 90.1 kg
My average macros since i started dieting are :
138 protein,
126 carbo
37 fat
Daily average of 1350 kcal.
I take my weight in the morning after i go to the bathroom, wearing only underwear, using a withings body+ scale
Considering the above, i don't really understand my last few days, from 26th to 29th june. It's like 4 days without any weight-loss.

You might have heard that weight loss isn't linear, mostly because our bodies tend to hold on to water when needed for different reasons.
You started stalling in weight after starting your lifting regime, which makes it obvious that your body is holding water in your muscles as a part of the repair process.
Keep up the good work!
I have to add that your calories seem too low for the start of a cut, especially the ones from fats. You might want to read though the sticky thread on nutrition for calculating calories and macros, minimums for fat/protein (essential nutrients) are covered there.~ Feel free to PM me if you have any questions ~

Tucane, thank you for the reply.
I upped my calories at 1600 and increased fats to 55gr.
Goals are 150gr protein, 127 carbo and 55 fats = 1600kcal.
04 July 2019 - 89.3kg.
Im doing ok with 1600kcal, im not feeling hungry or anything, energy levels are ok.
The only concern is that when i was 95kg i used to be able to do 20 push-ups. Now im only able to do 3 or 4, don't know if its because of the diet or its because my muscles are still sore from the gym.
