    Finished viking now on fierce 5

    Hi all, i have been going to the gym since about 2013, after a few years of **** workouts (although I was doing stronglifts 5x5 from early 2017), cutting too soon, bad form etc I finally started "properly" last year (2018) when I started a bulk, I started to stall on a few lifts so switched to the Viking workout on here but that didn't really help on the stalling (I barely went up on bench, maybe 10kg? Other gains were mediocre).

    I am now trying the fierce 5 intermediate programme but just want some advice if this is the right thing to do, my lifts are:

    Bp: 94kg (2x11 reps and 1x10 reps) stalled
    Ohp: 55kg (2x9) stalled
    D/l: was 145kg for 6 reps but my form was **** before I went on fierce 5 (which doesn't cooperate d/l)
    Squat: 105kg 2x11 and 1x10 (haven't stalled on squat physically but I hate squats so often lack motivation and thus lift lighter weight on **** days.)

    After a dirty bulk I'm now 86kg at 20%bf I am starting a cut as I'm a bit too flabby for my liking.

    My goal is to get to 76kg and 10% bf and then clean bulk (for the first time ever)

    Did you do a proper deload at anytime? Also you can technically run these programs forever. You just switched to a different routine (just saying... )

    Yes I did, reduced by 15% and took a week off
