Is there any benefit of a Bulgarian bag over a kettlebell?

    As above?

Bulgarian bags change change the movement of some twohand KB exercises and are great to rest on your shoulders during HIIT such as running up stairs etc.

Theyre design limits their max weight and therefore cant really be compared to kettlebells..

I don't think you'll be disappointed, I have a 15kg and a 22kg bag, it's a great way to do conditioning work, I like my Kettlebells, but the Bulgarian bag definitely offers something different.
