    Fat Loss Log

    Hey guys im posting on here to update on progress and start the log so I can make sure I stay on track here is a little background info.

    I was already a big guy at about 237lbs at the beginning of February but then I got a job at a vape shop where believe it or not you don't walk around that much. I have a step counter and go for walks everyday now to kind of counteract me sitting at a desk for 8 hrs a day. Here is my log

    March 1st 247 lbs
    June 19th 215.4 lbs

    Goal Weight 190 lbs

    Thats some sweet loss buddy, way to go. I work a pretty sedentary job too and that was the biggest change for me to start walking and working out.

    I count calories religiously and do higher intensity cardio 4 days a week about 25 minutes a day. Plus I go for walks daily about 8-10k steps

    Not a weigh in but I know my goal was 190 but i'm still not satisfied with how much fat I still have left so I decided to push it to 170 lbs the lowest I will go then I will go from there.
