Hi, looking for some advice on macro intake for a 10 week lean bulk. I know protein should be 1/1.5g per lbs but how much carb/fat should I be consuming and when? I’m looking to get as big and lean as possible in these 10 weeks.
Stats are-
Height - 6’3
Weight - 247bs /112kg
Age - 28
Working out - 4 times a week with a physical job.
Any help would be appreciated cheers
