I am creating my diet. I am worried about the use of spices and salt. I read in few online articles that salt and spices should not be used in cooking.
Is it okay to use red chili and spices and salt to cook the foods like meat and carbs ? Or you guys cook the meat and food without spices ?

Where on earth did you read that? Unless you are about to get on stage and need to closely control such things, or you have some sort of specific dietary restriction, or you have a poor diet and eat fast food a lot... there is no need to worry.
I season everything, I salt everything, and I definitely cook with plenty of chiles.2020 Olympia Bound | NPC WPD Nationally Qualified | 2018 Arnold Amateur WPD Top 3 | 2x WPD Pro World Champion (INBA/DFAC)

I heard the same thing from my uncle. He is a nigerian prince so he knows what he is talking about. Once he wires the 2.2 Million US into my bank account I am still going to buy a lot of expensive spices to try though.

I would agree with the advice and comments that everyone else has provided. There really is no harm in using spices, especially things like cayenne pepper, red chilis, etc. that have capsaicin in them, as capsaicin can increase metabolism and mobilization of fat stores. Sodium is needed as it is an electrolyte, and if you are training hard, you need to replenish electrolytes. However, you do get sodium through other food sources other than salt, so you have to mindful of that. The only real issue with high salt/sodium consumption is if you have a family history of high blood pressure and are genetically predisposed - if that is the case than monitoring your sodium intake will be beneficial to reduce the risk of developing high blood pressure and heart issues.
