    Tips on bulking

What are some good tips for a bulk? And what are some good foods or meals that are relatively inexpensive but are god to get the calories in? I struggle to know what to eat when I’m on break at work or when I’m home so I’m like 80% positive Most of the time I eat under maintenance.

choose foods you enjoy that are high calorie and help you fill your macros. There are no right or wrong foods to eat as we are all different. Tracking will help move that 80% up to 99%

Sounds like you need to learn your actual TDEE before anything.

What does "bulking" mean to you? What is your goal?

Are you lifting weights consistently 3-6 times per week?

What is your current bodyfat %? Do you know how to track macros? Are you weighing yourself every morning?

Gather some more data on yourself and what you are doing already and that will help a lot. If you have any questions let me know.

The best tip for a good bulk is to eat as much as you can.

No it is not. Eat to gain 2 pounds a month - About 250 calories a day over maintenance - then KILL IT in the gym.
