I got into lifting late in life, but want to get the most out of it while staying healthy.
I’m 35, and started lifting seriously 6 months ago. Been working on my diet, and tried a few different workout plans, but I feel like I’m not getting my full potential.
Where can I find a good workout plan and diet if I want to increase overall mass safely and efficiently? I see all kinds of plans out there, 5x5, HIIT 100s, or the latest blog post someone swears can pack on 30 lbs of muscle in a year, but can never be sure what to trust.
Where do you start when you want to get bigger, but not injure yourself?
Thanks!
