I think a lot of guys take **** with minimal knowledge of diet/work ethic and just assume they are gonna be huge. But genetics play a huge role as well. Im 250 pretty lean (around 15% BF) and haven't touched anything in 3-4 years. I know i could easily get up to the 300lb+ range fairly lean if i took certain things as i respond incredibly well to those kinds of things
Not sure if its worth it though, i mean im not exactly interested in making a living as a bodybuilderRON PAUL 2012
