Misc asked so I delivered (420kgs/924lbs deadlift)
I’m done. Dead. Equivalent to ten plates a side. The only goal left is 500kgs and I don’t intend on killing myself to get it like Eddie Hall.
I did this this morning and have been in a brain fog ever since.
