I’m done. Dead. Equivalent to ten plates a side. The only goal left is 500kgs and I don’t intend on killing myself to get it like Eddie Hall.
I did this this morning and have been in a brain fog ever since.

"Because the thing about repairing, maintaining, and cleaning is it’s not an adventure. There’s no way to do it so wrong you might die. It’s just work. And the bottom line is, some people are okay going to work, and some people … well, some people would rather die. Each of us gets to choose.”

Do you even lift?
Just kidding, great job, strong like bull!!"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

I haven’t gone above 340kgs without straps.
I’ve had a few very close calls involving my left bicep tearing slightly (actually happened in my first comp years ago on 320kgs...it started to tear then stopped after a little bit, in the vid you hear it).
So I just use straps as I’m not competing or looking to anytime soon.
I go up to 260kgs double overhand for 3-5 reps then do 300kgs mixed grip for 3-5 then do one more set above that usually for reps using straps...then if I’m filling plucky I’ll do some singles.Bench: 572lbs (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9RrAfn0TfkY&feature=youtu.be)
