    Am I cutting too aggressively?

    Height: 5 foot 9 inches
    Weight: 182lbs around 20 percent bodyfat
    Age:20

    Bench:210
    Squat:275
    Deadlift:285
    OHP:140

    I am running a novice full body linear progression program and have been barely maintaining my lifts at 2000 calories a day the past couple weeks, some tdee calculators I tried just now estimated my TDEE at around 2600-2800. Should I be eating more?

    If you are stalling in lifts despite 'maximum effort', this is key, then I'd add more calories. Preferrably some carbs preworkout or whatever lets you perform better.

    Are you losing weight, if so, what's the average weekly loss?

    Seems right about where you'd want to be. I've lost 23 pounds so far and I've mostly been able to maintain all my lifts with about a 1 pound per week loss.
    Recent best lifts
    Bench - 250x5
    Squat - 295x8, 355x1
    Deadlift - 415x11, 445x8 455x7, 475x5
    OHP - 145x9, 150x6, 170x 3, 180x1
    3 mile run: 21:59 @ 170 bw.
