I will be competing in a natural bodybuilding competition, and just found out that they do not allow Dream Tan. I remember Dream Tan was the tanning solution most everyone was using back in the early 2000's. I have returned to competition after a 17 year layoff, so I am a bit behind the times.

What is the new tanning solution that everyone is using nowadays in bodybuilding competition, that is most effective at getting a quick dark tan?

House tanner? Does that mean a competition has on-standby tanners at the show itself?

I typically use the "house tanner" if you will, as well. The "house tanner" is typically a sponsor of the show and will set up in the host hotel or somewhere nearby the day before the show to give everyone their first 2 coats of spray tan. They will also be at the show and do touch ups before you get on stage and apply the oil to really make you shine on stage. If you want to use the sponsored tanner, check out the flyer for your competition and they will usually be on the flyer for the show. I would contact them directly, let them know the show that you will be doing and they will set you up with an appointment time on the day prior to the show for your tan.
