Ok so, I’m 16 and have been lifting for 3months. I really want to start a beginners program that is proven to provide strength and aesthetic gains. I wanted to do ICF 5x5 but due to school and other commitments I can only be in the gym for MAX-1.5 hours. I also had a look at all the recommended programs such as SS, BLSS, SL and Fierce 5. These programs look great and if I had to choose I would properly pick SL 5x5 and include chin-ups and dips.
However, I found a ICF 2.0 and was wondering if it encompasses the best of both worlds.
