    Cardio and Weights for Cutting

I’m trying to cut some weight over this next two months and I’m trying to workout and do cardio right after. I’m a going to be waking up at 5:00 am every day and start my workout at around 5:20 and then cardio for 20 or 30 minutes right after.

Do you guys think that this is a good idea? I stopped working out 7 months and I gained like 20 pounds of fat, I use to be at 175 and now I’m am at 195.

I’m trying to lose body fat cause I gained a lot. I won’t think a lot about gaining muscle, do you guys think that it is ok for me to workout and run for 30 minutes right after on an empty stomach?

    (I am actually 18, I don’t know why it says that I’m 49)

Working out on an empty stomach is fine if you feel good. I've been doing it for many years, including up to an hour of HIIT.
