    Excess Skin/Body Fat Guesstimate

I came here looking for some help and opinions. Over the past 3 years, with a combination of Weight Loss Surgery, a change to keto, and weight lifting. I have dropped 240lbs. 480 to 240. Recently as I keep pushing workouts and my diet, I have hit a semi-plateau, but here's the problem I really can't figure out.

    I am 6'2"
I currently weight 242lbs (High weight was 480)
I have no idea anymore what my goal weight should be, or where my current body fat even is, and I don't find the scale reliable with 240lbs of weight loss, excess skin is huge. I've attached some pictures.

    TLDR:

Anyone wanna help me guess where my bodyfat % is now? Or what my target weight should be?

Agree with Bill. I really can't help on the target body weight goal but a good place to make a do not go over is your naval measurement divided by your height. If it is over 50, drop some pounds.

At 6 foot 2, your naval measurement shouldn't exceed 37 inches.

Great job on the weight loss up to now!

I gotta echo Bill's comment. Great transformation.

Only time can sort the loose skin (without surgery).
BF #'s are no more than guesses.

Keep pushin'. Hard part is over.

Great job on the weight loss and making a change in your life to become healthier!

To estimate body fat percentage would need full view of body legs and all from front and back and even then it is a guess as others said. I wouldn’t get too hung up on the number and keep going until you are happy with what you see in the mirror.
Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest. It feeds the mind as much (and sometimes more so) than the body.
