Watching all these trans acceptance videos showing parents being proud of their child and supporting their change. Good Lord, I would seriously contemplate killing myself. Even if I had a son who is in his 30's, can't find a job, lives in our basement as an incel, and has no motivation for anything in life, I would still love him and support him. Having my child change genders is something I would not be able to handle.

They view themselves as succeeding as a parent because they pushed it on the kid in the first place most likely.
I think some crazy parents want their kids to have something like this attached to them so they can never be blamed for their own failures.
If the kid succeeds, they overcame, if they fail, it was because of society not accepting them.
Same with parents pushing diseases on kids.
