    I'm cutting since january 2017 and I gained weight...

    Anyone here also has tried cutting for years and you always fall back. I do cutting for 3 days and one day i eat pizza and next day all the weight is back. Sometimes I just cheat for 3 days and I weight more then 2 weeks ago. Anyone else fails hard?

    Here's the right way to cut.

    - Figure out your BMR and your calories required to cut, an online calculator can do this for you.
    - Eat 200 fewer calories than that amount
    - Weigh yourself the first day and take a photo of your body
    - Workout 5-6 days out of the week
    - Weigh yourself sunday morning and take a photo. If you've lost 2-3 pounds, great, continue with what you're doing. If you haven't lost any weight, then you need to either work out harder or cut back more on calories.
    - Small cheat meal on either Saturday or Sunday afternoons.

    When you weigh yourself it needs to be right when you wake up, and after you go to the bathroom. If you aren't losing at least 2 pounds a week, you're either eating too much, or weighing yourself after you've eaten/drank something. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to really hone in on my cutting with my timing. One thing that is important in a cut is that as you loose weight, your BMR will decrease too, which will mean you will need to lower your calories to meet your overall goal. If you hit a plateau, its probably because of this.

    if you cannot contain yourself to go more than 3 days without a pizza idk man. a whole pizza is like 2000+ calories you're probably not eating just that either, you're wiping out any net negative you gave yourself.

    then there's the whole glycogen restock after all those carbs that is influencing the scale im sure.

    Its depressing when i carb up and weigh more the next day, but thats why you gotta do what the brah above said about weighing yourself in the morning before you eat, and after you poop. Some black coffee to empty out is how i do it. don't even need a whole cup sometimes, just a few sips and i'm there.
