In! Would love to give the pump mode a try as well as the others. I've recently had to switch my routine up for summer as I just can't lift 5 days a week during summer. I've been running an upper/lower A/B kinda split. My favorite is the upper body hypertrophy day. 12-15 reps for most sets. End up with a killer pump from it! I will do 3 sets for chest, 3 for shoulders and 3 for back. Then on my lower body day I throw in a few sets for arms. But the upper body day is my favorite. I'm also on a cut. Started around 245 at the end of Feb and this morning I was 220 on the dot. Pretty happy with the progress but I can tell my strength is slowly starting to fade.

If I had to pick a fav overall routine....easy PHAT by Layne Norton. Hitting everything twice a week is insane. I've found I put on the most mass doing this. I would probably only recommend that program on a bulk or maintenance phase though. I think you would get burned out pretty quick on a cut.

In! Stack looks realllll solid. The pump (never tried) definitely would stack well together for some killer workouts! I've had the other two and enjoyed what I experienced. I;ve used ENGN as my go-to pre-workout for the past year or so (when I'm not sampling others).

For my workout routine, I have kept with the tried and true push, pull, legs on rotating days. It stands the test of time, and allows for huge flexibility in what you are doing each session. Generally strength/power focused in the rep scheme/volume per day (around 28-42 reps per exercise), but still allows for some later supersets for better isolation of the smaller muscle groups. I have had great success with this, so it's my bread and butter!

Oh nice!!! That's a sweet stack! Someone's gonna get lucky and I hope it's me!

I'm really excited about my new workout routine, so I'm gonna say it's my favorite. It's not going to sound very impressive but it's kicking my butt for now. It's getting me really motivated to conquer it. Today's was especially rough because it's a timed workout so you can't get too much rest between sets.

    Jump rope 60 seconds
    deadlift 6x
    high rows 6x
    db bench rows 8x
    front squat 6x
    backwards lunges 6x
    6 rotations....
Then three cycles of a typical ab routine which includes various movements and planks.

Like I said, probably not very impressive to look at on paper, but there's no rest so I was sweating and gagging after 4 cycles. I've been doing workouts like this for a couple weeks now and I'm honestly starting to notice a difference in tone. I'm still figuring out how much weight to use for the sets but once I figure that out, I'm hoping to take off. I love how it keeps my heart rate up the entire time.

I sure could use some help in the supplements department though? I'm taking nothing but fish oil and my multi right now.

    Hellish Leg Workout

Holy solid stack! I have yet to try anything in this stack-but I would be stoked to give it a go!
My favorite workout routine has to be legs! Any not just any leg session, but it is the leg session from hell:

    -Superset-
Leg Extensions; 2 warm-up sets of 10-15 reps, 1 dropset of 100 reps
Partial Leg Extensions; 1 dropset of 60 reps

    -Superset-
Leg Press; 2 rest pause sets of 56 reps
Dumbbell Sissy Squats; 2 dropsets of 40 reps

    -Superset-
Rear-Foot Elevated Spilt Squats; 3 sets of 20 reps (each leg)
Lying Hamstring Curl; 3 sets of 15 reps

    -Superset-
Leg Extensions; 2 warm-up sets of 10-15 reps, 1 dropset of 100 reps
Partial Leg Extensions; 1 dropset of 60 reps

Lastly, I will either do 30min on the stairmaster OR on a stationary bike… it all depends on how I feel at the end of this workout.

Also, I am HUGE Steve Aoki (as is my wife)!

    Best of luck all!

IN! PumpMode is one of the few EVL supps I haven't tried, and I'd like to see how it compares to simply adding Citrulline to my low dose pre's. Only had a sample pack of the Isolate from a previous order they stuck in there, vanilla if I remember.

I have been using Ross Dickerson's 360 plan on here every now and again for a few years. It's a great 5 day plan that hits everything pretty well, and there's a bodyspace program for it, free as well.

Never tried any EVL product, so interested for sure. This is a new chest workout I just started. It incorporates DC stretching, and an Athlean-X chest workout.

Barbell Flat bench. I like to go for 12 reps
    superset with
Db Flat bench flye for 12 reps
5 second stretch on the bottom of the flye every rep

    Incline bench 12 reps
    superset with
    Db incline flye 12 reps
5 second stretch on the bottom every rep

Dips incorporating the chest as many as possible.

3 sets, out the door and having my butt kicked. Doms for sure the next few days.

Currently fond of my "upper"/lower split with 2 days for max effort and 2 days for more dynamic focus. The max effort rotates so one week lower max is squat, then deadlift, then good morning and block pulls. Upper max is always bench and some slingshot work. It's "upper"/lower split cause the upper dynamic is full body because for fun I've thrown in snatch and cleans along with push press on that day.

my favorite is my power leg day with HIIT cardio. here its how it entails:
    squats 4x4-8 (pyramid style)
    trap bar deadlifts 4x7,7,5,5
power cleans 4x5 (increasing weight each set)
leg extensions superset with lying leg curls 4x10-15 to really nuke the legs

AFTER all this is 30 yard sled pushes, 15 yards down n back for 6 reps. Then I hit some foam rolling n stretching before heading home and eating pancakes

*Would be awesome to use that shred n pump combo along with the isolate to help power the current cut im on using Layne Norton PHAT regiment. Trying to be ripped for my 5 year wedding Anniversary come September. Would leave a review of the stack (including pics) in store n forum sections if chosen

Been doing a bro split two a day.
Basically on a significant clean bulk, trying extremely high volume moderate weight

So workout is broken down like this:

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Back
    Day 3: Shoulders
    Day 4: Legs

Each morning before work is low intensity cardio + stretching+ Core+ Compound lift from lift 2 days before, usually about 1-1.5hr
Alt between jogging/elliptical/upright bike for cardio

Night time is my main lifts: do a variation of negative volume training
So 8 sets of 8, slow negatives; sometimes drop setted
    Some HIIT

An example of my favorite d day would be as follows:
    Day 2:
    Morning:
15 mins bike to warm up
3 sets of crunches and penguins
    20 min elliptical
3 Sets of Leg press, 3 sets of Front Squats, 3 Sets of leg ext, 3 sets of ham curls
    Stretching

    Night:
8 Sets of: DB Rows; Lat pulldown; Bent over rows; CC Lat extensions; Seated row; Rack pull
Stairmaster for 10 mins, 1 mile runs inbetween sets

A lot going on, trying for growth. High protein mod fat low carb. Physique isnt great but have been seeing decent progress.

Have loved EVL supps. Stacked protein was great, and your BCAAs are easily the best tasting brand. Would love a stack to keep pushing forward

    Overhead Tri Ext 3x10-12
    DB Front Raises 3x10-12
    Tri Pressdown 3x10-12

Was having some wicked pec/tri pumps
