I had been on keto for 12 weeks. Strict keto. I started losing weight and fat. During a weekend, I just got off the wagon and I had cheat meals, sugar, junk food. I tried to go back to Keto next week, but I couldn’t. Next weekend I had cheat meals, sugar and junk food again. I have gained weight, around 6-7 pounds, which I know is normal as I reintroduced carbs incorrectly, so what do I do next? If I want to come back to carbs, should I go back to Keto for a few weeks and reintroduce carbs properly? Or should I just do a Paleo/low-carb diet?

I ran keto for about 2.5 years. The regained weight is just water so no real worries there. If you do want to go to a more traditional diet, I would recommend reintroducing carbs at a slow-moderate rate. Your body is used to running on fats for energy, this would give your body time to readjust, which MAY be beneficial (but may also be unnecessary depending on how long you've been running on fats).
