    Where do I start?

So I am looking to get into fitness and burn this fat I've been gaining. I have developed a double chin. It only show when I try to make a double chin. I've noticed my legs are pretty fat. I cant run anymore without getting out of breathe really fast. I drink soda and eat fast food such as taco bell. I am pretty pale.

My weight: 130 lbs maybe more

    My height: 5'4

    Gender: Male

Any suggestions on how to get started? I am looking to do complete at home exercises as I have no gym around my area. I have tried fasting but I always ended up eating. I am going to try and complete a 2 day dry fast starting Tuesday and ending Wednesday.

Edit: Oh yeah forgot to mention you can see my ribs and a little bit of 4 pack ab tone. But the issue is when I am not looking the mirror I literally dont see any abs it's just in the mirror. Also when I sit down I can see every bit of fat. And my hips do kinda pop out on the fatty side. I'm not overweight I'm just fat it's hard to explain. I look fit in clothes which I think is skinny fat. I really wanna turn my life around. I got all summer to do so and not the whole summer sitting on video games.

Start by either joining the GYM or some high intensive sport!

If you’re not training you’re muscles and giving them a reason to grow you won’t be adding any muscle if you increase your caloric intake... I would suggest either looking online for a set of dumbbells and weights and create a little at home gym or possibly consider doing some calisthenics to stimulate your muscles. If you’re not interested right now on putting muscle or working out really the only other thing you could do is drop your calories under your maintenance, and work on losing a little fat

I got dumbbells and whatnot, I got equipment to train and I am pretty much looking forward to it. Right now I do 2-3 calisthenics workouts a week. I have yet to lose fat though

Focus on eating and gaining strength. You don’t need to worry about fat loss at your age man...also stop worrying about numbers, it really doesn’t matter just learn your body and grow.
