    Thanks!! I'll have 2-3 days of no tracking every now and then and puts me up about 3-4 lbs. It's a challenge sometimes with birthdays, holidays, family around all the time (locked down!!).

    Whether or not I workout, tracking food intake and weight will always be the key. I'm trying to upgrade to "knowing when to stop" =)

    Thanks buddy, I’m also sure that the hardest for me will be maintaining the weight and knowing when I had enough food. I don’t see
    tracking calorie as sustainable in the long run.

    Update 4

    Wow a month has already passed by. Honestly I think this month has been one of the best months regarding how consistent I’ve been with food intake and weight lifting. I’ve been lifting weights 4 times a week a 2 split upper lower program and running 2 days a week while getting 13000 steps in daily.

    I’m really enjoying running however yesterday I’ve felt a pain in my left knee I’ve never felt before. So today I’ve been trying to take it easy. And I reckon I might have to stop running this week and it might also have an impact on my daily activity.
    I’m on garden leave until the end of feb. I plan to lose as much as possible during feb. can’t wait to reach my short term goal of

    Time for a weekly update. I didn’t make an update last week so this will be an update for the 7th feb as well. Week has been good with good workouts and long walks. My knee still hurt so I’ve not been running. Hope I can start again in 2 weeks time. In the coming week I will be on a small vacation, so I won’t have access to a scale it will be interesting to see if I can keep losing weight.
