    Thanks!! I'll have 2-3 days of no tracking every now and then and puts me up about 3-4 lbs. It's a challenge sometimes with birthdays, holidays, family around all the time (locked down!!).

    Whether or not I workout, tracking food intake and weight will always be the key. I'm trying to upgrade to "knowing when to stop" =)

    Thanks buddy, I’m also sure that the hardest for me will be maintaining the weight and knowing when I had enough food. I don’t see
    tracking calorie as sustainable in the long run.

    Update 4

    Wow a month has already passed by. Honestly I think this month has been one of the best months regarding how consistent I’ve been with food intake and weight lifting. I’ve been lifting weights 4 times a week a 2 split upper lower program and running 2 days a week while getting 13000 steps in daily.

    I’m really enjoying running however yesterday I’ve felt a pain in my left knee I’ve never felt before. So today I’ve been trying to take it easy. And I reckon I might have to stop running this week and it might also have an impact on my daily activity.
    I’m on garden leave until the end of feb. I plan to lose as much as possible during feb. can’t wait to reach my short term goal of

    Time for a weekly update. I didn’t make an update last week so this will be an update for the 7th feb as well. Week has been good with good workouts and long walks. My knee still hurt so I’ve not been running. Hope I can start again in 2 weeks time. In the coming week I will be on a small vacation, so I won’t have access to a scale it will be interesting to see if I can keep losing weight.

    Update 04/03/21

    Soo it's definitly time for an update. I am still going strong and happy with the process so far. I've been focusing on lifting with progressiv overload. I'm still enjoying measuring the food, and i've been focusing on forming habits and mindfull eating. My problem has always been eating way more then i need. I sometimes still feel the urges but still working on it. this last week i've been more hungry then i use to but thats ok i will just increase my water intake. My clothes are starting to fit much better and the wife has also been giving me compliments

    my last post was more then a month ago, i'm still on track and was participating in one of the loss thread in the losing fat section. The weekly weighin looks like this:

    Jan 1st: 102 kg
    Jan 8th: 99,1 kg

    Happy with the progress. Due to religion beliefs i'll be on a modified omad diet. I'm a littled worried for loss of mass but i'll focus on sustain my strenght and if possible increase it.

    Revamp

    Wow it’s been sometime since my last update (couple of years ) restarting my cut.

    I’ve been too inconsistent with my workout and my diet. So basically I’ve let my self go and I ballooned to my current weight of. 106,8 kg.
    Never been this heavy. The reason has been too little focus on intake and coupled that with sedentary Job and becoming father for the 2 time I’ve simply not been as focused as I should have been.

    Anyways I’ve restarted this thread to focus more on my weight loss journey. Started 17/07/23 with the weight of 108 kg. My plan is to have a long weight loss cut. Slow and steady for the next 12 months.

    It’s been a really good week. Consistent in the gym and much more aware of food intake. I’ve stated to weigh all food. Getting around 2300 kcal. Quite happy with progress. Loss in weight and increase in the gym 👍👍
