Am I eating enough / Too much? Should I cut out anything? Advice.
Alright folks just looking for a spot of general advice I've never really counted my calorie intake and I'm not 100% with my food but I don't think it's terribly bad... or is it?
I visit the gym 5/6 times a week spend about 1 hour 30 mins in the gym per session working on 2 muscle groups been doing it for around 7 years natural ( I use shakes, multi vits and just recently started trying out creatine).
I think I'm 5'7 Height and 29 years old. Weigh 13 Stone.
this gives us zero info without macros. also, are you gaining weight weekly or losing. and it also depends on your goals. you lack info and detail in order for us to help you
