    Am I eating enough / Too much? Should I cut out anything? Advice.

    Alright folks just looking for a spot of general advice I've never really counted my calorie intake and I'm not 100% with my food but I don't think it's terribly bad... or is it?

    I visit the gym 5/6 times a week spend about 1 hour 30 mins in the gym per session working on 2 muscle groups been doing it for around 7 years natural ( I use shakes, multi vits and just recently started trying out creatine).
    I think I'm 5'7 Height and 29 years old. Weigh 13 Stone.

    6:30am
    Breakfast options
    Peanut butter + Raspberry Jam 3 Slices Wholemeal bread
    Meusli + Milk
    Granola + Milk

    10:30am
    Half a tuna sandwich with salad and brown bread
    Coffee

    1:30pm
    Other half of that sandwhich
    Coffee

    6:00 Pm
    Preworkout I'll have
    3 Gram Creatine + Multi Vit

    Gym 1 Hour 30 Mins 2 Muscle groups.
    Protein Shake directly after

    8:30pm
    Dinner options
    6 Eggs and 2 slices of toast.
    Chicken and rice + veg
    Chicken + Pasta + Sauce
    Chicken Salad + Avacado

    1 or 2 Cups of Milk before bed + Multi Vit.

    this gives us zero info without macros. also, are you gaining weight weekly or losing. and it also depends on your goals. you lack info and detail in order for us to help you

    Am I eating enough or to little for lean diet plan

    I think my workout plan is fine I train 5 times a week and 3 cardio days aswell but I’m not quite sure if I have my diet plan right here it is.

    Breakfast : 70g rolled oats, 1 banana, skim milk with oats

    Post workout : whey protein

    Lunch : 6-7 ounce chicken breast sugar free marinade and 6 ounces peas and corn

    Dinner : 6-7 ounce chicken breast , 7 ounces of sweet potatoes baked, 6 ounces garden salad and dressing and three ounces of corn

    Bedtime snack : 1 table spoon natural peanut butter and a cup of cottage cheese.

    The daily calories intake comes in between 1700-2000 calories but I’m not spot on with that.

    Any advise would help
