    Looking for a night time stack/vitamins to help me fall asleep faster and help muscle recovery

    Any reason you're not able to fall asleep in the mornings? When I work out at night, I'm up til late cause of the caffeine, but I usually have a heavy protein meal to fill me up. I'd go for casein or a homemade meal replacement shake if youre looking for something with protein and is quick and easy to drink.

    It takes me awhile to fall asleep due to being on phone or laptop. Last night I've taken casein PM from Beyond Raw and it gave me bad stomach pain through out the night

    Don't get on your phone or laptop, I put that stuff away about an hour before I go to bed and sleep great all night, I use to be like you and get on them while laying in bed for hours.... It was killing my sleep and recovery.

    Ive been slowly trying to get in the habit of doing that,, its been some time haha. Melatonin has been doing good for me though as it reduces the time of me laying awake in bed.

    Super yep. If you are using a screen prior to bed ensure it has a blue shade or something like that.

    As to what to take, as mentioned in your other thread, casein is not necessary nor needed if you've already met your macro. If not find a way to conveniently meet it during the day. Wouldn't suggest any supps as of right now since you are clearly doing 2 things that are likely causing the issue.

    Drop the screens prior to bed and maybe try a non-stim pre-workout so you're not using caffeine that close to bed time.
