I have a question . I am curently bulking on 3200 kcal i'm 6 ft 2 and weigh 185 lbs . I didn't have much time to eat 2 meals in a day(lunch and snacks) so i combined them with dinner for a total of 1800kcal .Is is wroong to eat such high calories at one meal? I only eat clean food(So there is a large quantity) Will i get more fat than muscle?

If you are lifting heavy and intense and eating in a caloric surplus and getting good rest you will grow. Never expect it to be all muscle though. There I’ll be some water/fat/muscle. But to answer your question more directly the meal timing won’t affect fat only gain.

Hey man,
Think of your caloric intake more on a 24 hour eating widow. This means, so as long as you are meeting your calorie needs by the end of the day, this will not have a negative effect on your bodies ability to build muscle or gain fat. This means if you choose to eat 6 meals a day spread evenly for those 3200 calories, or have 3 meals for that entire intake, this will have no difference on whether you gain more fat.
The body does not know what time of the day it is, it only recognises energy coming in and out over a duration of time.
