    following fierce 5 with haemoroids.

Just realized i am kind of ****ed,i can do all exercises of upper body but i can't do squats or deadlifts(romanian) without an intense pain, how good is leg press for substitution for squats?and i have no idea about what to use to substitute romanian deadlifts.

    any help is welcome.

not really optimal choice here,i have already consulted doctor,he has said to wait and eat healthy(more fiber,no spice, more water, etc) any kind of surgical intervention would be optimal after a month not making progress.

Well try any treatment methods prescribed from your doctor to help recovery.

Other then that yes leg press would probably be the next best thing for squats.

For RDL either good mornings or standing cable back extensions would be the best thing although IMO they aren't as equal or superior to squats and RDL.
