Tightness and lack of mobility in left wrist

First off I am not 49. I am 29. I changed my birthday in my account but it still says 49 for some reason. Anyways turning my wrist palms out, it's been getting tighter and tighter in my left wrist. I don't have the same range of motion as my right. It's making many exercises very difficult and somewhat painful. This is something new in the past 6 months. Any advice on what could be going on here? I workout very heavy and often which I'm sure is part of the problem. I was unsure if I'm in the right forum. It's teen but I didn't see another forum to put this.

Poor form with dumbbells can cause wrist pain.

Example: doing heavy 1 arm dumbbell rows with sloppy form and unable to hold the weight at a neutral grip.

Told my boss today was a cheat day and he asked, "What's that?" You know he doesn't lift.

I definitely lift too heavy and too much. The gym is my therapy and I need it daily so I don't rest nowhere near as much as I should. Would using wrist straps for awhile help?
