Is everybody capable of having abs

I know that it is based on genetics wether you have a 4, 6 or 8 pack. I would like to know if it is possible to have a good diet and workout plan and not get abs due to genetics. (Like you would have abs but your genetics doesn't allow it). Is it possible? Thanks!

Do you have abdominal muscles? Yes? Then building up your core with a reduction of body fat will cause them to show. Just like everyone else on the planet (minus the one in one million who is born without stomach muscles).

This is a stupid question. Yes it's possible, it is harder for some people (I've always had trouble with it) but unless you've had abdominal trauma and many surgeries (like The Rock who doesn't have abs despite being low BF) it is possible for everybody.
