    Fat 14 year old

So hello im new to this website. Ive been lifting for a good 2 years and im 14 years old but im 20 percent body fat. How do I fix this, I heard on this website people saying that 14 year olds shouldn't be cutting due to the fact that they could be getting stronger and that cutting harms the body. Any advice? Thank you.

Maybe eat a little less food per day, make smart choices with your meals as in making them high in protein, increase energy expenditure, keep lifting.

Don't necessarily need to bulk. In my experience with my friends and **** fat kids usually are able to lean out by training hard and throwing in cardio. You've got lots of calories in reserve so there's no real need for a traditional bulk - but keep your nutrition nice and clean.
    Drink up boyo
