    What do you think about my progress so far?

    Hello guys and girls,

    my name is David, I am currently 23 years old and 1,83m (6 foot) tall, I am lifting for about 3 years now.
    I had many breaks withing my training for a couple of months so the total training time can probably boiled down to 2 years.
    I used to be pretty fat (almost 100 kg/220 lbs) then I started dieting and working out a bit.
    Recently I took my training more serious and I would like to know what you think about my progress so far (body fat % etc.).

    The first picture is about one year ago, I already had some muscles mass there, but its barely visible because of high body fat percentage.
    The 3 other pictures is my current form with decent lighting. I am currently at 78 kg (171 lbs).

    Your weaknesses are how far away from your final goal you are......

    Looking solid man. If you want to really make those muscle pop, I'd start doing drop sets.

    Looks good. Only one thing stood out to me - and maybe it's just the lighting - but your left side lats look off compared to the right side. What gives?
