I received a tub of CL newest PW called White Warped in the Gummy Worm flavor and
I will be posting an on going review in this thread and giving some feedback on each
time I use it for my PW. I ordinarily don't use the same PW more than once a week so
that's why this will be an ongoing review and after a few uses where I think I have a
good feel for it I will be doing a final review in this thread and once this PW hit's the
store I will do a final review in there also.
Big thanks to CL for the opp to try out and give my thoughts on this PW and for letting
me do this type of review being that I don't log pre's because I change my PW each an
every training session. I've gone through all of the different pre's that CL has put out
over the years and their last one White Flash was for me one of their best so I'll see how
well White Warped compares to that one.
Today was my first day using White Warped and it was for my 5 a.m. triceps/delts/abs
workout so I was definitely looking forward to feeling that good energy that some of the
loggers have being saying they are feeling while using this PW.
One scoop slightly under a level weighted out to exactly one serving which is 11gm.
Per Scoop
250mg Caffeine (Stimulant)
100mg Di-Caffeine Malate (Prolong Caffeine Half-Life)
3g L-Citrulline (Prevent Lactic Acid Build Up, Pumps, Enhance Nitric Oxide effects)
2g L-Tyrosine (Reduce Stress, Improve catecholamine production, Energetic Neurotransmitter)
1.5g Taurine (Antioxidant, Hydration Boosting Agent, Endurance)
500mg Agmatine (Improve Pump, Improve Blood Glucose, Lower Cortisol)
100mg Spectra Blend (Boost Nitric Oxide Levels)
100mcg Huperzine A (Nootropic to enhance focus & cognitive benefits)
This ^^^^ is the exact ingredient profile for each serving and what each ingredient
is suppose to accomplish.

This is what one scoop looks liked mixed in the recommend dose of water which is 10oz.
The powder mixed up well with just a little foam which settled very fast and there is a
bit of sediment on the bottom of the shaker which is probably from the spectra ingredients.
I usually never use such a low amount of water so I'm NOT going to comment yet on the taste
because I wanna try it with 12oz,14oz, and 16oz before I give my final thoughts on the flavor.
It didn't taste like a gummy worm for me in the 10oz of water but again I need to try it a few
more times.

I train on an empty stomach first thing in the a.m. so I always mix a carbohydrate powder in with my
PW after I taste it on it's own and today I went with waxy maize and I use 1 scoop which supplies
30gm of carbs.
I'm coming back from a 30 day layoff from training and I haven't used any form of caffeine or
stimulants during this 30 day layoff so my receptors are pretty fresh. I usually take a full 2 weeks
off after training 5-6 months straight but this time I did 4 weeks to rest up a knee that was bothering
me and to give my right shoulder a little extra break since getting stem cells done on it a little over a
year ago for a torn rotator cuff.
Triceps- Straight Bar Push Downs- 30reps/25reps/20reps/ 4 sets of 15 reps
Rope Push Downs - 4 sets of 15 reps
Over Head Triceps Ext with triceps bomber bar seated - 4 sets of 15 reps
Shoulders- Seated Dumbbell Presses- 4 sets of 20 reps then 2 sets of 15 reps
Bent Over Rear Raises - 4 sets of 20reps
Seated Side Raises- 4 sets of 20 reps
Abs- Rope Crunches - 3 sets of 30 reps
Reverse Bench Crunches - 3 sets of 30 reps
Ab Wheel - 3 sets of 30 reps
Abs were done with no rest between sets so it was done as Giant sets.
The best thing I got from White Warped was good fast smooth hitting energy that lasted
and I did a lot of reps which is how I train when I come back from a layoff and this is my 2nd
week back to training so I slowly increase the poundage over time but right now it's high reps
and the pumps were also noticeable but I will comment more when I use White Warped next week
for biceps/chest.

Lol which one's do you want me to start with? the ones in the freezer, fridge, or the ones
that are in my cabinet which don't need to be kept in the freezer. all together I have
like 16 different ones open and all have different stimulant profiles so it depends on the
type of workout and body part that I'm training. The higher stimulant based ones I tend
to keep them for leg and back days and the more basic ones I use for all my other body
parts.
The fact that I was off from caffeine for a month right now I won't need any of the exotic
stimulant pre's for even legs or back cause my receptors have had a good break for 30 days.
I jump on CRAZY deals so that's why I have so many pre's on hand and I've picked up a
couple of them for under $6 and when co's are reformulating or changing the package that's
the time to be able to score some major deals.

That's actually a pretty good deal on Endorush and yeah I'm always keeping my eye's
open on crazy deals and like I mentioned when companies are doing rebranding or just
discontinuing a product sometimes you can find them at fractions of regular price so that's
when you grabbed them. I'm sure your gonna see some reformulations soon on some of the
DMHA pre's so if people just wait it out and don't buy now they'll have to go down in price
and then you stock up!

Today my 2nd workout with White Warped and I hit biceps/chest/abs and I went with 1 scoop
and I jumped right into 16oz of ice cold water. It mixed very well with again just a bit of foam
at first but it settles very quickly and at 16oz of water I'm HONESTLY still trying to figure out
what I'm really tasting I definitely need to try it a couple more times but even at
16oz of water it was sweet but the powder when you open the container does give off a kind
of pineapple aroma so I'm maybe thinking why didn't CL go with a pineapple type flavor ?
Biceps- Seated Alternate Dumbbell with Fat Gripz- 3 sets of 15 reps 2 sets of 12 reps
Reverse Dumbbell Preacher Curls - 4 sets of 15 reps holding the peak at the top
Barbell Drag Curls - 2 sets of 15 reps 2 sets of 12 reps
Chest - Flat Bench Dumbbell Presses- 2 sets of 20 reps /3 sets of 15 reps/ 1 sets of 12 reps
Decline Dumbbell Presses - 4 sets of 15 reps
Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly's - 4 sets of 15 reps
Abs- V-Ups - 3 sets of 3 reps
Truck Curls 10lb plate - 3 sets of 30 reps
Double Crunch - 3 sets of 30 reps
Russian Twist - 3 sets of 30 reps each side
All ab work done as a Giant set with no rest between sets
Energy again today was the strong point and it's super smooth and long lasting with just enough
to get through a lot of reps and finish the whole workout feeling good.
Pumps were pretty solid and for a profile that doesn't have huge dosages of pump ingredients
this does deliver pretty good vascularity and decent pumps. I think people who have a good
amount of muscle and arn't carrying a lot of fat are gonna see the pumps better but if your
carrying a bit more fluff then I think you might have to add something to this one. I'll experiment
on one of my workouts and add something else to the scoop but I'll make sure it's a CL product
Focus was nothing extraordinary but for this body part combo I really don't need crazy laser
focus but I'll experiment with certain ingredients after another 1 or 2 workouts on it's own but
all in all a GOOD workout today with White Warped.Last edited by superhuman67; 05-15-2019 at 08:19 AM.

Today I went with 18oz of water and that's more like what I'm use to using when it comes my pre's
and that for ME was my sweet spot to really get that gummy flavor. I slowly sipped on it until I
finished 1/2 of it and then I added my carb powder which was a scoop of unflavored Cyclic Dextrin
and more ice cold water and that didn't water down the flavor at all and I could still taste it.
The flavor today tasted like the inside gummy worm without the heavy sugar coating and this once
again goes to show how everyone taste things differently depending on the water amount and for me
flavors come through better with more water cause I don't like anything too sweet so I will continue
to use 18oz of ice cold water when I use White Warped.
Today I went with 1 scoop of White Warped for a triceps/delts/abs workout.
Triceps- V-Bar Push Downs - 30reps/25reps/20reps and 4 sets of 15reps
Reverse Straight Bar Push Downs - 4 sets of 15reps
Lying Decline Dumbbell Ext- 4 sets of 15reps
Shoulders- Seated Dumbbell Presses- 3 sets of 20reps 4 sets of 15reps
Seated Bent Over Dumbbell rear raises- 4 sets of 20repps
Super set
Rope Face Pulls- 4 sets of 15reps
Abs- Reverse Crunches- 3 sets of 30reps
25lb Dumbbell V Ups- 3 sets of 30reps
Cross Body Crunches- 3 sets of 3 reps
Floor Leg Lifts - 3 sets of 300 reps
All ab work is done as a Giant set with no rest between sets
I took my time sipping on White Warped while I wrote out my workout and pulled up one of
my House Music stations on Tune In to get that music pumping while my muscles are pumping
The energy today kicked in quick where it was up lifting and I knocked out my warm up which
was 200 pushups 2 sets of 50 sec Superman holds and 2 one min planks.
I felt good throughout my workout and banged out all my high reps I had planned along with the
goal weight I wanted to use for each set so that was a plus! D The pumps for what I was doing
were pretty good but I payed attention to how long my muscles continued looking pumped after
my workout and it was back to normal after I finished training. So for me what's in White Warped
gives you decent pumps while training but won't carry over too long after you train.
This was my 3rd workout on White Warped so I have a good feel for how the energy and pumps
effect me so the next workout on it I will add 1 or maybe 2 focus ingredients and I'll see how that
feels and I'll give my feedback on it in this thread.

Today was HELL YES White Warped workout day and this Sat I worked my day job then went straight
into my 2nd job all the way to 6a.m. so Monday's when I train at 7 a.m. I usually need something strong
especially for today which was back/trap day so I figured instead of using something with exotics I was
going to go with White Warped and I added 2 grams of Choline Bitartrate. I figured the Huperzine needed
something to work with and a good dose of Choline Bitatrate seemed like a good option to add for better
focus since it was back day.
Back- Triangle Bar Low Cable Rows- 4 sets of 15reps
Straight Bar Pull Downs to the Front- 4 sets of 15reps
Chin Ups- 3 sets of 8 reps (first time doing them since I started my training cycle so I usually
add a rep each time I do them so in a few weeks I should be back
to my usual sets of 15reps)
One Arm Dumbbell Rows- 2 sets of 15 reps 2 sets of 12 reps
Dead Lifts - 1 set of 10 2 sets of 8 3 sets of 6 reps
Traps - Barbell Shrugs- 4 sets of 15 reps 2 sets of 12 reps
Energy as I mentioned in my other posts was very smooth and uplifting and though I wasn't laser
focused I felt that the energy was prolonged and mood elevation was up so the added 2 grams of
Choline Bitartrate made a bit of an impact which is good!
The next workout I will add a different ingredient for focus and I will add another ingredient for
pump and I'll give feedback on that along with a final review which will be coming soon.

Today I went with White Warped for my last workout before I post my final review.
This is my 5th workout using White Warped so I have a good feel on what this new
PW from Controlled Labs delivers.
I was feeling slightly under the weather today from a cold that I've had since Friday
though it hasn't sidelined me at all I just feel it so I wanted a good high rep workout
today with minimal rest between sets to help sweat it out of my system. Today was
back/traps/abs and I added a few ingredients to White Warped such as Ginkgo Biloba
at 160mg and Vinpocetine at 20mg for more focus and I added 1 scoop of Glycer Grow
to see if that added to the pump. I mixed this all up with 1 scoop of waxy maize which
was my carbohydrate powder of choice for today's PW.
Back- Under Grip Low Cable Rows- 4 sets of 15reps
Triangle Bar Pull Downs - 10sets of 10 reps with 60sec rest between sets and I went
up 10lbs on each set.
Incline Bench Dumbbell Rows- 4 sets of 15reps
T- Bar Rows- 4 sets of 10 reps holding the peak contraction
Traps- Dumbbell Shrugs- 6 sets of 15reps
Abs- Side Crunches - 3 sets of 30reps
Trunk Curls With 10lb plate- 3 sets of 30reps
Reverse Crunches - 3 sets of 30reps
Though I have a cold I still got everything I had planned accomplished and as with the other
previous 4x using White Warped the energy was the highlight which kept me going throughout
my workout with enough left to hit a light ab workout. The ingredient I added for focus was
decent but I liked the 2gm of Choline Bitartrate that added the last time I used White Warped
better so in my opinion that is the ingredient that is missing for better focus from this PW.
The pump was pretty good with the added Glycerol but on it's own White Warped delivers decent
pumps during your workout but I think if you more or longer lasting then add another few grams
of either citrulline or citrulline malate.

After using White Warped 5x in the past 4 weeks this is my final review on this new PW by
Controlled Labs.
Ingredient Profile- CL didn't put any ingredients in this formula like creatine or beta analine that
actually need to be taken everyday in order to build up in your system to be effective so no
fillers just ingredients that take effect as soon as you drink it! This profile looks pretty simple
but again it's not loaded with unnecessary ingredients just ones that are instantly effective.
Mix Ability- The powder mixed up with just a bit of foam which settled within seconds and there
was a small amount of sediment on the bottom of the shaker which is expected when a PW has
more than 10gm per scoop but other than that it mixed up very well.
Taste- I have the Gummy Worm flavor and it did take a little experimenting with the water amount
to find MY sweet spot where I felt like I got a gummy worm type flavor. For me 18oz of ice cold
water was the amount I liked and anything less was a tad too sweet but when it comes to taste
everyone taste things differently so again experimenting with water amounts is the way to get the
best flavor to your liking. The powder has a natural pineapple aroma to it so I would suggest CL to
come out with some type of pineapple based flavor since it around has the aroma of pineapple.
Energy- I've gone through ALL of CL pre's from back when this co first started and White Warped
in my opinion is their BEST energy PW to date. The energy kicked in each time I used it with in a
few minutes after consuming and it was an uplifting positive feel that had you feeling alert and
ready to take on a workout. {Keep in mind I only use this PW once a week and I rotate my pre's
each and every workout so I don't build a tolerance to the same caffeine amounts or stimulants
so that's why this PW for me kicked in the same way each time I consumed it. If your someone
who uses the same PW everyday then it may not feel the same because of tolerance build up.}
The energy again was clean and uplifting which lasted throughout my workout which is a big plus
and thank the PW GOD's there was none of that L-Theanine in this formula to suck out the energy
that it does from a lot of the over dosed L-Theanine pre's that are on the market now.
Focus- This for me was the one weak spot for this formula and it needed one key ingredient such
as Choline Bitartrate, Alpha GPC, or CDP Choline to work with the dose of Huperzine that was already
in this formula. Some people might feel focused from what's in here already but I felt like it needed
something else and I did test it out with a solid 2 gram dose of Choline Bitartrate and that felt VERY
GOOD in this formula.
Pumps- Surprisingly for what's in here they were pretty decent and especially on high rep workouts
the pumps came through pretty quick but I did notice that they didn't last much past the workouts.
Some people might wanna add either another 2 gm of L-Citrullline or 4gm of Citrulline Malate if more
of a pump effect is desired but on it's own it was decent on the pumps.
Overall- 8.4/10- I think CL has themselves a pretty decent PW that delivers 30ser a tub which will
probably retail for about $30 a tub so that's a $1 a workout which isn't bad at all because if your
someone who is sensitive to exotic stimulants or yohimbine this formula has none of those ingredients.
You'll probably won't have to add anything to this PW except for water and it delivers a kick of clean
energy that last along with some pretty good pumps and decent endurance for some of those longer
workouts. This is one of those pre's that may not look fancy on the ingredient profile with a bunch
of unnecessary ingredients but I think most will be quite surprised when they give it a try and see
how well it helps you preform through your workout.
I mentioned that I've gone through all of CL pre's in the past and this is what I feel was their strongest
points that each one delivered.
White Flash- This for me was CL best overall PW that delivered a bit of everything and it had for me
the max dosage of L-Theanine that I feel any co should put in their PW which is 100mg. Though I
don't like L-Theanine in pre's I could tolerate the 100mg in this formula.
White Warped- This is CL BEST energy hitting PW to date cause the energy kicked in pretty quick
for me and that 2 gm of L-Tyrosine combined with caffeine and time released caffeine really made
it feel very good and better than White Flash. This hit harder in a good way than White Flash because
of NO L-Theanine and though I mentioned I didn't mind the amount in White Flash it still held back the
energy you would have felt if it wasn't in that formula. White Warped delivers in energy what White
Flash doesn't so this makes White Warped CL's best energy hitting PW in my opinion.
Classic White Flood- This formula didn't hit hard on the energy but what always made this version
of White Flood stand out to me was the focus that wouldn't kick in at the beginning of the workout
but would kick in during the latter part and I remember this formula power me through some tough
leg workouts because of the focus that hit late in my workout when I really needed it so for me
this was CL best focus version of their pre's that they've formulated over the years.Last edited by superhuman67; 06-04-2019 at 10:41 AM.

Agreed. I second this. I think it has to do with the combination of caffeine anhydrous/di-caffeine malate. Most products with that combination typically hit harder than would be expected from the label. This effect is definitely dampened a bit by l-theanine (a clear example of this is in NutraBio PRE, in my experience).

As I always mention in all my PW reviews I like to rotate around my pre's and sometimes I can
go weeks without using the same PW so yesterday I was pressed for time and I knew I needed
a PW that was gonna hit quick and keep me going so WHITE WARPED was called into action.
I added 3gm of GlycerGrow and my workout was on where I pounded away high reps to get
my triceps warmed up and get the kinks out of my arms which I was feeling but after my
first movement I was ready! I hit two more triceps movements with barely any rest between
sets and then I rolled through my shoulder workout with enough left to pound out a good ab
workout to finish off a good Mon morning workout before going to work.
White Warp once again delivering what I needed to help me get through a productive workout.

Nice review, looks like we had the same experience with WW.
I'm in the same boat with you in regards to preworkout, have a stash in my freezer as well cause of sales and discontinued higher stim pres.
I'm trying to cut back though and work my way through my current stash.
Only been buying here and there.
I also only use a certain preworkout for about a week before rotating to another.
There was a time where I wouldn't bear to open another tub of preworkout until I finish the one I'm currently on.
But a long time ago I said f it, and use whatever I want. But thats also why I have about 10 or so preworkout open right now. Trying to work through them
and would like to only have 3 or so opened at a time like the old days.

I always love to rotate my pre's so I don't become tolerant to the same stimulants and it's worked GREAT for
me so that's why I have so many open at the same time. I keep them in the fridge or freezer so they never
clump or spoil but White Warped I noticed doesn't clump at all so I haven't had to store that one in the fridge.
I had another EXCELLENT workout with it yesterday after not using it for at least 2 weeks and it worked perfectly
on a good shoulder/triceps/abs workout.
I was hitting super sets and drops sets for triceps which I hadn't even planned so it was nice to feel that
instinctive intensity as I was training to really get that pump into those triceps.
