Now, these are all the ways PHYSIOLOGICALLY intersex and trans people can occur NATURALLY. This is not in the person's head. We can directly trace it back to a problem with a particular protein abnormality, chromo****l excess or deficiency, or exposure to environmental hormones or drugs while in the womb. None of this is "a mental disease" even though mental health complications will, understandably arise in people with these conditions.

I think the "attacks" you perceive is more towards the media focus on trans issues and less on adult trans people themselves. It will never not be weird, and most would rather not have it in their face as often as it has been, especially seeing as how the trans population is extremely small.

There is also very bad backlash against trans related things because kids are involved now. Most people are willing to tolerate just about anything an adult does that doesn't negatively impact others, but almost everyone feels some kinda way once you involve kids.

I'm not backpeddling anything. I said exactly what I said. You invented a position I didn't take, and now I don't even know what you are attempting to argue. I never said ALL trans people have a physiological basis directly, as known. (I do however, condtend that they do all have a physiological basis at some point, as I explained earlier. We just don't know exactly how the brain works. As I said, mental activities are physical in nature and have to do with the functioning of the brain.) Regarding the exact percentage of people who are trans that have DSD, I don't know, but I know it is high. Supposedly gender dysphoria occurs in 1/30,000 male births and 1/100,000 female births. Meanwhile, one in 1,666 births are not XX or XY. And one 1/130,000 births has partial androgen insensitivity syndrome.

This would imply that a significant portion of people who everyone calls "trannies" (people with some sort of gender reassignment surgery/hormones) are also intersex. It is difficult to find the exact statistics, but what I showed you can be used to estimate the number.

It's okay to talk about the correlations between mental illness and the trans community, BPD and a lack of sense of self, and why this so closely ties into TiM/TiFs. I understand that you used the words 'not entirely.' People with BPD tend to feel like we don't know who we are, and are constantly projecting. It's a strong sense of feeling lost and having no idea who they are. Don't even get me started on the narcissistic characteristics of TiMs.

Look, you can't deny there are links between mental illness and trans-identifying (fill in the blank). 80% of people who identify as trans suffer from a personality disorder. Interestingly, Type 1 diabetes is 2.3 times more prevalent in transgender individuals than the general population. Type 1 diabetes has a genetic link to and is often comorbid with autism and ADHD. The links are there. That does not make them bad people, what makes people bad people is their actions, and I wholeheartedly agree with you that miscers can be the most heartless, compassionless fuks on the planet. But to ignore that reality is dishonest.

OFC I do not deny the links. I even said most people who suffer from DSD inevitably develop some mental illness due to their condition as well. The two go hand in hand.

But even those who do not have a known underlying physiological condition causing this (we only know the gonadal stuff really well), there could be other physiological stuff going on the brain that we do not understand. In fact, there certainly is. Any claim about "mental illness" IS inevitably fundamentally physiological in nature. That is something a lot of people don't understand. Sometimes, we like to argue it was stimuli, but you have to realize stimuli elicit actual physiological changes in brain function. Exposure to those stimuli can actually fuk your brain up PHYSICALLY. This is the entire basis of medical treatment of depression, for example.

Lets make things clear for people.

The mental illness is called gender dysphoria. The current available medical TREATMENTS for gender dysphoria are: hormonal treatments or physical treatments such as sex changes. Transgender and transexual humans are the end result of the current medical treatment, NOT the end result of their mental illness.

It is litteraly a large scale experiment to determine if either of these treatments for gender dysphoria actually work. It probably is not the proper medical treatment since a huge number of people that had a sex change are suicidal or commit suicide. Physicians are now slowly moving against that treatment for gender dysphoria.
