This is another classic example of why the misc seriously needs to implement a join date/post minimum before new accounts can post threads. 30 days after account is created and 100 post count minimums would be good. I'd take the drastic reduction in troll miltis over the risk of missing out on a couple decent legit new posters per year who would refuse to gut out those basic minimums.
