    Cheapest/ good supp recommendations?

    I've never taken any supplements, like protien powder or anything at all really, but I've been seeing people talk about how creatine really boosted their performance and they could perform way more reps. Does anyone have some reccomendations of what to take/ where to get them? I'm wanting to get some protien powder and creatine because I've never used them before. Would taking BCAAs do anything much? What are some cheap/ good brands of supps?

    Myprotein has really cheap good quality stuff. Also bcaa s are mostly waste of money

    Don’t listen to this bs. BCAAs are not useless but certainly you don’t need to go and buy some if you can’t afford.

    Creatine Mono is your best bet with whey protein such as gold standard.

    Edit: remember supps are not a mandatory requirement if you have a solid diet. Theyre just there as a meal replacement if you can’t get in your protein intake for the day.

    No, they are useless if you're hitting your protein goals, awfully expensive as well.

    I mean you don't even need to buy protein if you get enough with your diet... its just one of those convenience things.

    Creatine is great, its certainly not like Pre workout, but you do notice increased strength and stamina after a few weeks of taking it.
    Buy plain creatine monohydrate.
