I think a very popular one would be the dumbbell kickback. I personally find them awkward and can’t go very heavy with them, so I stick to skull crushers, overhead extensions and close grip bench press: all the heads tend to get sufficient work that way.
Currently my favorite thing to do, is do overhead extensions on an incline bench, but I don’t merely extend up and down. Instead, I push up and backwards at the same time. This form feels weird at first and takes some practice, but doing this puts your arms at an angle where they are not able to rest at the lockout. This keeps my triceps engaged throughout the entire set and sometimes I can’t use my arms the next day.7 foot tall crew checking in

Cable rope push downs.
Elbow are pointed outward, knuckles together at the start ,then as you come down with the rope arc as you move outward as far as the rope attachment will allow.
Knuckles will or almost face the floor at full extension.
This is not a heavy movement but moderate feeling the target area.
