Yellow, I'm 20y old guy, standing at about 5'10 short, around 200lbs with stocky body. I'm just starting to get into working out and I was wondering in which exercises I would excell, on what I should focus the most, some general tips?

Don’t let your height stop you! I know plenty of guys and gals much shorter than you who take on the same exercises as their taller piers. Certain cardio workouts like stairs for instance are a little tougher for shorter people and box jumps would be handled a little differently to start, but at the end of the day you’ll find what you’re comfortable with and at some point will want to get out of that comfort zone anyways.

5'10" is bang on average in most western countries and taller than average globally. You are not short!

If it’s in the Internet then it must be true. If the source comes from a dating site then it’s irrefutable truth!
Let’s see, in the country I’m now living, I’m a giant. Average height for guys here is 5’7”. Women are around 5’0”.
Height has nothing to with much of anything unless you’re trying out for the NBA or professional volleyball. But then again, Mugsy Bogues was 5’3”.

Maybe you heard that certain *sports* are better for taller/shorter people? Swimming, basketball, running for taller people, rugby and powerlifting for shorter?
For general weightlifting, any good program would suit anybody. When you reach intermediate, you might wish your legs were a bit shorter for heavy squats and deadlifts.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...

OP I think you can tell by now that workout programs make no difference based on your height even in the elite levels Arnies (6ft 2) training partner was Franco Columbu (5ft 4).
So you are a beginner then stick to a novice program such as Fierce 5, Allpro, Starting Strength, StrongLifts or Viking Barebones. You can get better at all your lifts and it makes no difference your height.
As for dating stuff that is for the misc boys to answer they think anyone who isn't 6ft 8, 260lb and 3% body fat are *******s. Just stick to a solid program and forget anything about height differences in training.
