Ive been taking a dose of EC at 11am then again at 4pm. I eat in a 4pm-10pm window but usuually 4pm-8pm.
I just got a good deal on some CLA 2 pills = 1000mg should I take 3k daily? Should I split it up? Should I take it only in my food window?
Ive seen lots of info on taking it nothing seemed to coincide with keto/intermittent fasting and an EC stack.
Heres everything I take daily.
bronkaid + caffeine 250mg + ECGC 500mg / twice
Daily / once
Fish oil 1000mg / once
CLA 500mg / X?

My wife and I had our first baby and she didnt wanna "get fat" alone normally in the winter ill gain from 5-15 lbs this winter I put on a whopping 35. I also have done keto for years usually from January - May. However this is obviously a larger amount to burn off so im trying to be a little more.... caloricly restrictive.
Seems you are not a fan of IF or keto. Ill tell you personally having done it for years my body responds well to both. I find it muscle sparing and tend to have a bit more energy throughout the day depending on how much I have to lose. My strength takes a dip its definitely a struggle to maintain but comes back.
I do not however follow the strict keto macros I eat 1g of protein per lb for my target weight as opposed to the 45-65g some calculators suggest. I eat 20-50g of carbs a day depending on the workout that day and fill the calories with healthy fats usually avocado and mct.
But im basically looking for good times to take CLA / ECGo hard or go home

1. Lose CLA
2. IF is good for appetite control if you struggle, but there aren't really any other benefits other than some cognitive benefits avoiding the see-saw effect on blood sugar levels.
3. Keto = caloric deficit. Your body responds well to eating less kcals than you burn not keto. If you had an adequate caloric deficit and carbs you likely wouldn't lose the strength.
A. Check out nutrition forums and set up adequate macros/kcals.
B. Do IF if you want, but keep in mind it's not causing additional fat loss.
C. Lose keto and keep your strength better.
D. Still lose CLA.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Guys I dont wanna come off rude and I sure dont wanna come off as more knowledgeable than anyone I see your post counts and I see the positive rep you guys are all obviously know what you are talking about. But what im really curious about here is when to take CLA specifically with IF and Keto.
I get it some of you dont like keto some dont like IF im not trying to glorify either or argue/debate effectiveness. But I can tell you that my body specifically functions well on both ive been on a traditional deficit and a ketogenic diet and I feel way better in keto. I have a brother who could pass as a twin and he does not function well on either.
I got 350 500mg of CLA for $20 I just wanna test it out for the hype cant really not try it for that right?
Again I do really appreciate the dietary advice and I only do keto a few months a year usually 2-3 but im here for CLA info and interactions eith EC/IF/Keto.Go hard or go home

CLA doesn't work. There's no benefit of taking it at all, and that's why you have gotten the responses you've gotten.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
