    Is it ok if grapes are the only fruit/veggie I eat?

    You can't rely on multi vitamins as sole substitutes to micronutrients etc

    But why? You only like grapes out of 100s of fruits/veggies out there?

    Fruits/vegetables have several compounds not found in multivitamins that are healthy; thus you will not be able to maximize your health only eating grapes. Whether or not that is ok depends on how much you care about this, so hard to say.

    Did you read post 2? Plug your diet into cronometer.com and you'll see if you are deficient in anything from a vitamin/mineral standpoint.

    You will still be missing out on phytonutrients that can typically only be found in high quantities in some fruits/vegetables.
