Hey everyone,
The first and only Misc Dynasty League is looking for 1 replacement owner. We're currently in our 2nd season but we've had 1 guy ghost harder than the patriots defense vs Sam Darnold and want to get a replacement lined up before the offseason.
It's PPR scoring. 12 teams. Platform is sleeper. $50 buyin. The team is in pretty good shape. A bit weak at RB but very strong at WR, and has all of its' future draft picks.
Many of the regular posters in this thread are in the league. Tyler2106 was our champion last year.
PM me with any questions if you are interested.I call it "Celebration". It's sexual, and violent...

Trying to plan ahead for next week where I was going to have Matt Ryan, Julio, Hooper, and at least 1 other WR on bye. Essentially was going to have to drop a decent player just to get a bad TE and field a full team.
Traded Matt Ryan for Stafford (he also has Watson, so he didn't care).
Ryan is great for garbage time stats, but Stafford should be as good an option going forward with the Kerryon injury I would assume?
In my league Ryan is the 6th ranked QB and Stafford is 12.Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

I'm hesitant to draw any straight lines between an injury and someone else performing better. Sure, Stafford could throw more because Kerryon isn't in the game... on the other hand, some of his TD passes were going to Kerryon who was a great playmaker. All things considered, we want the best players in the best situations, it remains to be seen how much an impact Kerryon's injury will have on the Lion's team as a whole. Right now, most people who say that Ty is a downgrade over kerryon, but we don't really know yet.

Yeah, my biggest concern was if Ryan misses this week, and then next week being the bye. So 2 weeks where I would need a different QB which there are no good ones available in my league.
But since I have so many others on bye next week too, I would have to drop someone like Duke Johnson, or Singletary (not great players, but they would definitely be picked up in my league) so I could get a placeholder at QB and a terrible TE (neither of whom would be on my team after that bye week). So I figured Stafford should be decent enough as a full time replacement at QB, so I don't have to drop anyone of value to fill my TE spot next week.
You're right about Stafford though... he will be interesting going forward. Hard to say how he will be. He could have great stats because he could pass more, or teams could eat the Lions up, because they're possibly one dimensional.Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

Barkley, Edmonds and Murray. You could maybe sub Mack for Murray depending on you think game flow will be.
I understand that the Saints are saying Brees will start, but I have a feeling that this is somewhat of a ploy against the Cardinals. I'm thinking Brees starts, but shares snaps with Bridgewater or essentially plays back up. I heard earlier this week, or last, that they wanted to activate Brees so that Hill could play at TE since they need help there. Or I'm completely wrong and Brees actually plays the whole game.
Forecast does show 90%+ chance of ran in Foxborough which I don't like. Tough call. I'd probably roll Brady, but not with a lot of confidence.New England Patriot
