Lindsey started to break down towards the end of the year, and Freeman suffered an ankle injury early on. The idea is that freemans injury led to lindsey continuing to have a large role, resulting in him breaking down and eventually suffering a legit injury in week 16. im not real high on either one of the guys, but both were actually good when they played.
edit: fwiw im surprised he was going so far down in drafts as well. i think alot iof people remember him leaving them hanging in week 16 and it left a bad taste in their mouths. he should have been an rb2 in projections.

Drafted our home league last night....and bombed it pretty ****ing hard
Drafted Godwin as my WR3 when David Montgomery was still on the board in the 5th
Took Devin Singletary over Latavius Murray in the 9th. I have Kamara as a keeper
ESPN froze up on me in the 10/11 turn and autodrafted Dak Prescott. Two first: highest I’ve ever taken a QB. And 2, First time in 15 years I’ve ever left a draft with 2 QB’s. /FMLMFC

My thought here is the fact that typically year to year one of my bench spots is typically occupied by a "sleeper" that might go off at some point. Most often that guy doesn't go off and I pick up someone else that might go off. I am cool with holding Hunt that long knowing the potential he has when he comes back. If I can be 6-4 or better coming into the week he is back and my team hasn't been wrecked by injury he should be that extra piece that puts me firmly into the playoffs. Worst case scenario, I don't start hot and a trade him to a team with a better record for a legit player I can use now.

What's the reasoning? It's an extremely tough matchup and I wouldn't consider him at this point a stud you start regardless of matchup. He doesn't have tons of things trending positively for him in this particular game. It's really at this point unknown what the split between him and Williams looks like (if at all). He's going up against the best rush defense in the league on the road, in a brand new offense on a Thursday.

Here's the WRs available, somebody dropped Adam Thielen already (lol) so naturally I am trying to pick him up
Already dropped Graham for Hines, trying to drop Tenn for Thielen, and knowing the people in my league, somebody may trade me for Tom Brady and if I can get a decent RB/WR for him then I think I'd come out way on top* Rawdog crew * Creampie crew * Poverty crew *

On spread. May have been a bit early on Jacobs but I was in full RB mode and think he's a good player. I just accepted a Kupp for Guice trade offer, so that should help shore up the WR game and I'll still be deep at RB. I was eyeing Engram and once he went off the board in the 6th Rd I abandoned taking a TE till late.
Yep, deepest RB stable by far. Plan is to scoop up TJ Hock and alternate between him and Hooper at TE.
Was thinking the same. Thanks for quick reply and reaffirming my thinking. Trade accepted.

12 teams
A lot of complete newbies
What makes Williams a must-have? Would you take him over Courtland Sutton or Latavius Murray?
Looks like he picked up Justin Jackson after dropping Thielen. I'm guessing he dropped Thielen because he's questionable this week, I'm just hoping nobody else in my league sees he's available cause I'm 5th in waiver priority.* Rawdog crew * Creampie crew * Poverty crew *

They just signed him to a big FA contract. He's going to be used heavily regardless of AB's presence (plus, everyone will scheme for AB, so he should have plenty of good looks). The Raiders are going to be playing from behind a lot this year. In a vaccuum, I would take him over either Murray or Sutton, although Murray depends on relative positional need.
