In the "best case" scenario for Mahomes that he's out 3 weeks, those games are Packers, Vikings, Titans. Yeah, that was a really freak injury that had nothing to do with his existing ankle injury. Reid does have a well-documented history of making really dumb in-game decisions, but this isn't one I would blame him for. I'm sure they will be careful bringing him back, too.
