    I usually have 5 eggs in the morning scrambled. Should be around 25g of high quality protein (egg protein is the best for you body other than whey protein). For dinner I have a chicken breast which comes in around 50g of protein. At first I did not know how I was going to be anywhere near enough protein but if you construct each meal with protein in mind you should be all good.

    Chicken, turkey, tuna... It really does not matter just count your calories and grams of protein. I eat red meat every other day just because it tastes better. Just has more calories, compensate for that and your all set.
